Our guided private meditation session is 1:1 and includes heart rate variability training. In these sessions we guide and teach you how to interrupt the stress response in your body. These individual sessions bring forth awareness to your breath and how your breath quality can affect your life and your immune system. Each session is individualized and we customize specific breath work practices to implement into your life to help with facilitating relaxation and promoting overall wellness.

$45 / 30-min private session 

Enjoy a private quiet room with music if desired. This session is great for those seeking a time-out or lunch break escape.

Delve into the tranquility of meditation. Our sessions help to facilitate and promote calm in your life. Enjoy the sweet benefits of bathing in the present moment. Whether you seek guidance in achieving this sense of calm or are looking for a private lunchtime escape, we can provide a quiet space.

Enjoy the endless effects in creating resilience in your life. We offer this private, meditative space on a reservation-basis, which also encompasses soft musical sounds for mindfulness.


We offer private group sessions by request for up to 6 people.
